Scott has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, starting out in 1984 in a Sears store for Allstate, and then began working in the wholesale side in 1989 as a Regional Sales Manager for Pyramid Life Insurance Company. In 1992 he opened S.A. Nichols Brokerage as a National Medicare Brokerage.
In 2019, when Medicare.gov became unfriendly to Agents, Scott created Search & Save, A Medicare system with integrated CRM for agent use only. With over 4000+ agents (And growing!) Scott created the industry’s finest Provider Search Engine that connects directly to the Carriers servers. Agents can now see who takes what plans across MAPD & MA networks.
